I tried this restaurant for dinner. A menu of up to 12 courses at a cost of €35. Excellent food, impeccable service, environment in line with its competitors. I gave one star less because there are too many dishes not included in the 12 courses which you have to pay for separately and above all because I didn't find a quality wine. I chose two glasses of Prosecco, €4. Approx. But either the bottle had already been opened for some time, or the quality is very far from that of the food. In the end, with a few but necessary extras, the bill rose to €49. In my opinion overall a little too salty, all things considered. A few evenings before, I spent €37 in a restaurant similar in terms of environment and quality.

In terms of quality, Shabu is always a guarantee. The price is higher than other Ayces and many dishes have to be paid separately. Slow service and it seems incredible to me that there was only one waiter, who however did his best and was very helpful.
